One-time donation

When you click the PayPal icon, you will be taken to the PayPal website where you will be able to donate any amount up to ten thousand US dollars (or the equivalent in another currency) to the TrueCrypt project. Note that you do not have to create a PayPal account in order to donate money to the TrueCrypt project. If you have any questions concerning donations, please email us at donations@truecrypt.org. Regular contribution each month

If you would like to donate money to the TrueCrypt project each month with your PayPal subscription, please select a currency and amount and then click the PayPal icon. You will be taken to the PayPal website where you will be able to initiate the monthly donation. Your credit card will be automatically charged each month via PayPal until you cancel this monthly donation. If you do not have a PayPal account, you will need to create one on the PayPal website. Large donations

If you are interested in providing a large donation (over ten thousand US dollars) to the TrueCrypt project, please contact us.

Legal notice: By making a donation to the TrueCrypt project you signify that you acknowledged, understood, accepted, and agreed to the terms and conditions contained in this notice. Your donation to the TrueCrypt project is voluntary and is not a fee for any services, goods, or advantages, and making a donation to the TrueCrypt project does not entitle you to any services, goods, or advantages. We have the right to use the money you donate to the TrueCrypt project in any lawful way and for any lawful purpose we see fit and we are not obligated to disclose the way and purpose to any party unless required by applicable law. Although TrueCrypt is free software, to our best knowledge the TrueCrypt project does not have any tax exempt status (the TrueCrypt project is neither a registered non-profit corporation nor a registered charity in any country). Your donation may or may not be tax-deductible; please consult this with your tax advisor. We will not publish/disclose your name and e-mail address without your consent, unless required by applicable law. Your donation is non-refundable.
